Oops
HA HA HA... oops, not so funny:
Ever hear a saying that goes something like "Be careful about laughing at others misfortunes because they could become your own" ?
Today on my way to work I was informed that the Nimda virus (2 year old virus) infected machines on our network and had taken out some production boxes. When nimda first hit, it never even grazed us but took out our larger sister paper, the Arizona Republic. We laughed at their situation and the panic they were in and it's too iron that 2 years later we got hit ourselves.
That'll teach us.

Someone was arrested at a mall for refusing to take a "Give Peace a Chance" tshirt. Reuter wire via abcnews.com here. I'm surprised yet not surprised. You think about stupid things that could happen anyday but don't think they'll ever happen yet this did.
Communication and conflict resolution:
We spent time discussing this in our Marriage preparation class. After listening to some discussion, it's seems a lot of marriages end in divorce because people simply give up. I have even more faith in our relationship because I just think about the atttitude I have towards smoking and I choose not to go out and buy a pack because it just isn't worth ruining my health again or giving up on a long term goal. To the same effect, how could I give up the best gift in life I've ever been given?
